We are Blayds Yard, a collection of furnished apartments in the heart of Leeds.
After successfully converting a Victorian building, we turned our attention to the old mill yard buildings, which were next in line for the luxury treatment.
The Blayds have been renovated in a way that pays homage to the property’s past, preserving the beauty of its foundations. Each Blayds apartment has been individually designed, giving each property its own unique feel.
Available for weekend getaways or longer stays, the Blayds offers the perfect setting to explore Leeds’ hidden gems. All apartments are fully furnished with kitchenettes and communal spaces, boasting more square footage than standard hotel rooms across the city.

Just a three-minute walk from the train station, in the heart of Leeds.
The Blayds can be found just a stone’s throw from the train station, nestled in the heart of Lower Briggate. From the main exit of the train station, simply head towards Lower Briggate, passing wine bars and eateries. Make a sharp right before the bridge to discover a nook of old mill yard buildings. When you see the cobbles, you’ll know you’re in the right place.
From here, you’ll be greeted upon check-in at our sister venue, the Briggate Hotel. Obtain your keys and get ready to step into your own oasis in the city. From here, the city is yours to embrace.
