ABOUT BLAYDS YARD
History unfolds from a city’s historical streets. Mews – the name given to a row of stables or carriage houses with living quarters above them – tell a story about a city’s early commercial activity.
Blayds Yard was built at the turn of the 19th century and typifies the type of live/workspace built for textile workers. Mills, cloth halls, and a navigable canal all contributed to Leeds’ fortunes during the industrial revolution.
Now, Blayds Yard is home to an extraordinary collection of luxury Mews houses that can be rented for one or more nights. In keeping with nearby sister properties, The Bells and Briggate Boutique, each of the three, spacious Blayds houses channels a sophisticated industrial vibe complemented by show-stopping interiors. The overall effect is a stunning blend of exposed brick and quirky character features that gives each Blayds house a unique personality.
Spread across three or four floors, some with a roof garden, the houses feature hi-spec integrated kitchens, smart TVs, LED mood lighting and smart heating and air conditioning… the very latest in luxe living.
Check-in at Blayds and you will never want to stay in a normal hotel room again.
